    Abstract

    Closure wound to minimize the defect has a lot of technique but do not stand alone, There so many
    things that influence the result including the wound itself, trauma, Infected, and vascular disease such
    as uncontrol diabetic . Material to suture the wound has to be chosen correctly. Anatomical places
    where the wound has to be suture also give a various way to get a better result.
    To minimize defect , the suture has to be all layers from subcutaneous, Dermis and epidermis . There are
    advantges in each technique and its disadvantage and it will be discussed
