Methodology of the project

Data gathering methodology
 Observation- we observed the current working system and how it manages Information
or data and how they address information to the residences in the sub city.
 Interview: we are interviewed the administrator of Biqa sub city, to know how the
existing system is working and provide information that means how files are stored in the
sub city administration of Biqa, the workflow, the problem, and background of the sub
city.
 Document analysis: We notice all written documents about the organizational areas
relevant to the system. Such as Organizational Structure of the sub city, the certificate
that given to the resident, the clearance form and different forms used on the current
system. [2].

Data analysis Design

The team choose to follow the object oriented system analysis and design development
methodology. These are object-oriented analysis and object oriented design.[3]

System development methodology is used structure plan and control the process of developing
an information system. In our project, we used object oriented system analysis and design
(OOSAD) because OO focuses on data rather than the procedures and it support reusability of
code. Therefore, the time and cost of development is inherently less. It includes system use case
diagram, use case descriptions, use case scenarios, sequence diagrams, activity diagrams, class
diagram, and class responsibility collaborator diagram (CRC).

System Development Model

Our team select iterative model as system development Paradigm for our system. Because the
iterative model is best thought of as a cyclical process. After an initial planning phase, a small
handful of stages are repeatedly, with each completion of the cycle incrementally improving and
iterating on the software. Enhancements can quickly be recognized and implemented throughout
each iteration, allowing the next iteration to be at least marginally better than the last. Correction
where this fault occurred before jumping to next work. Therefore, that it will meet the goal
