CLASS MANAGER PROCEDURE:
STEP 1:
CHECK REPORT CARD COMMENTS FROM TEACHERS.
COMMENTS ARE LOCATED IN EACH CENTER DRIVE.
STEP 2:
TRANSLATE TEACHER COMMENTS FROM ENGLISH TO VIETNAMESE.
TRANSLATIONS SHOULD NOT BE TAILORED BY THE CLASS MANAGER.
STEP 3:
REPORT CARDS ARE THEN PRINTED AND SENT HOME TO PARENTS. THIS
CAN BE DONE DIGITALLY OR A PHYSICAL PRINT OUT CAN BE
DISTRIBUTED. REPORT CARD #3 NEEDS TO BE PRINTED OUT AND GIVEN
TO PARENTS DURING 1 ON 1 PARENT MEETINGS AT THE END OF TERM.
TEACHER RESPONSIBILITY:
1. REPORT CARD #1 IS WRITTEN BY TEACHER #1
2. REPORT CARD #2 IS WRITTEN BY TEACHER #2
3. REPORT CARD #3 IS WRITTEN BY BOTH TEACHER #1 & #2
NOTE: TEACHERS MAY SPLIT A CLASS IN HALF FOR REPORT
CARD #3, BUT BOTH TEACHERS NEED TO REVIEW ONE

ONLY WRITE A COMMENT FOCUSING ON THEIR STRENGTHS REPORT CARDS AND COMMENTS MAY BE PRINTED, OR SENT AS A
PDF OVER EMAIL TO PARENTS.
