Starting a business is a process that requires an enormous amount of thought

and careful examination. First, I need to take a good look at my strengths,
weaknesses and skills. This will allow me to start thinking about what i can do
and what i cannot do.
I think I have a decent level of programming skill is well adapted to starting a web
development agency or it firm. Besides I’m that person who enjoy speaking to new people, I
consider a heavily client facing business. Before i start a business,I know should be absolutely
clear about why I’m doing it. That may sound obvious, but there are actually many reasons why
i should choose to turn on my back on the security of a job and career for the uncertainty of
starting a business. When it comes to starting a business, I know if I’m passionate about it, I will
be more likely to be successful. The main reason for this is simple: you will work harder and
persevere more on a business you are passionate about, thus be more likely to succeed at it.
Here I’m showing my proposed plan for this business:

Buy and sell websites:

Buying and selling sites is the online equivalent to property. The concept is much the
same: buying undervalued websites, improving them marginally and selling them on for
a profit.
I can get to work building traffic and look my purchases to increase the monthly profit
on them. Once I’ve maximized traffic, I can sell it – either Myself directly, or through one
of the brokers mentioned.
The Idea of this Business:
It’ll be a business model where customers purchase software solutions online on a
subscription basis. The software is centrally hosted, meaning it is all stored and accessed
on the cloud. It’ll be a fantastic option for those with knowledge of coding and building
software. Similarly to membership sites, it’s a good idea to offer something for free.
Usually, this is a free trial with an expiry date, or a limited version of the end product
and serves as a taste or advertisement for my full, paid product. To make money from
selling software, my service must run smoothly. In the beginning, I may face dedicating a
lot of time to fixing bugs and troubleshooting. Once I’ve got a streamlined product, the
business is relatively automated; the system will automatically push updates to
purchasers
Make money by affiliate marketing:
Affiliate marketers work with brands to increase my sales. I can do this at home by generating
traffic to a merchant’s website through an affiliate link: I’ll then receive a commission on all the
sales generated through my link. Commission usually sits between 5% and 20%, to be
negotiated per client.

I’ll use networks such Amazon Associates to generate traffic to my merchants as an affiliate.
Amazon, in particular, has a massive audience. One of the most popular affiliate network sites
is Clickbank , which specialized in digital products. These items offer much higher commission
rates, sometimes up to 75%.

Market research
For any business to be successful, an understanding of their target audience, competitors and
market is critical. Many companies lack the skills and resources to compile this essential market
research and are happy to pay to outsource this service elsewhere. This is where I’ll step in as a
market research analyst. I’ll collect and analyse data on everything to do with my client’s
company. Specific projects may focus on a particular aspect of their niche market, such as
customer demographics or the geographic location of interest to a client.

It’s a good idea to mention suppliers, too. I know how much it’ll cost to make my products and
how much money I’m hoping to bring in, those are great details to add. I’ll need to list anything
related to patents and copyright concerns as well.

 Financial Projections:

In the final section of my business plan, I’ll reveal the financial goals and expectations that I’ve
set based on market research. I’ll report my anticipated revenue for the first 12 months and my
annual projected earnings for the second, third, fourth and fifth years of business.
