1) Why do you want to work for this company? Why are you interested in this job?

The company can provide me a better opportunity where I can use my management and customer
handling skills in harnessing a large customer base to provide value added services to organizations’
customers. This job will bring upon by all round development and can surely provide a high degree of job
satisfaction.

2) Have you done this kind of work before?

No, I have never been associated with the job related to this sector; however, I have worked as a kitchen
supervisor and cashier that involved dealing with customers on a daily basis.

3) What kind of training or qualifications do you have?

I am pursuing business diploma with Alpha College, Canada. I have volunteering experiences with local
communities as a leader.

4) Tell me about yourself. Why should we hire you?

I am a graduate with aspirations to build a career in banking industry. I can use my skills to provide value
added services to the company. I have a tendency to collaborate with juniors and seniors to work in a
team and generate results. Upon conducting a deep research about you company I came across the fact
that you are looking for individuals who possess the qualities and experiences I have; which is why I am a
perfect candidate for this position.

5) What do you do in your spare time?

In my spare time, I volunteer charity drives conducted by local communities and groups. This helps me to
stay socially active.

6) What do you think of working in a group?


Working in a group paves way for acquiring knowledge and know-how from every process owners and
can provide a strong bench strength of sound, hard working professionals that can help company in
different spheres.

7) How do you react to instruction and criticism?

Instructions are guidelines that help an employee solve structured problems in daily working whereas I
take criticism positively that either provides me a scope for my own improvement or a healthy discussion
or debate.

8) With the kind of work experience you have had, do you think this job would bore you?

No, interacting with clients or customers always bring new lessons or experiences and hence it helps in
sharing the requirements of customers to the company for making better value-added products or services.
My previous jobs included constant interaction with the customers, therefore, this job was exciting for
me.

9) Why did you choose this line of work?

I have always loved to explore new avenues and learn by sharing experiences from people. This is in line
with my job profile expectations.

10) How well do you work under pressure or tight deadlines?

Working under pressure requires disintegrating the entire work in different parts and I always evaluate the
entire job through different dimensions in a challenging environment this provides me a great strength in
handling myself in such a situation.

11) How often were you absent from work in your last job? Have you every had any serious
illness or injuries? Do you have any health problems?

I remained punctual throughout my tenure. Luckily, I never had any injuries and I do not suffer from any
health problems.

12) Have you ever been fired or quit a job?

No, I have never been fired, neither did I quit any job ever.

13) Why haven't you worked recently?


I laid more emphasis on completing my education and have been on the look-out for job profile that is in
line with job expectations.

14) What are your long-term goals or career plans?

I aspire to become vice-president in a banking company and collaborate with as many people as possible

15) What do you feel are your greatest strengths?

My greatest strengths are patience, hard-work, practice, self-study and introspection.

16) What do you feel are your weaknesses?

I can’t figure out an individual with wrong intentions. I have a tendency of trusting every person and I
happen to be a spendthrift on few occasions.

My Last employer had been my teacher, mentor and business coach. He made me learn the toughest
concepts in a practical and convenient way.

Reliable, Hard-working, Trustworthy, Patient and forward looking.

19) What did you like about your last job?

Last job taught be the art of interacting with different types of clients or customers.

20) Why did you leave your last position?

Growth, better HR policies, salary increments caused me take up the hierarchical ladder and change my
position to a different company.

Self-sustainability and value creation for the society and contribution in as many respects in the society.

22) What kind of machines or equipment have you worked with?


In my previous jobs, I have worked with kitchen equipment, which is irrelevant to the job I have applied
for; however, I have profound computer knowledge and good command over MS Office, which would be
a plus point.

23) What type of salary are you looking for?

I am looking forward for a salary of hike of 20% from the earlier pay.

24) What do you know about our company?

The company is in the business of providing end-to-end services to banking customers, loan-seekers and
people who are ready to invest through banking company’s portal.

25) Do you have any other skills of experiences that we have not discussed?

I have a little experience in compliance and financial reporting framework.
