The meaning of listening

I think I am a person who is good at listening other people's view. Put

yourself down is a good way to improve people's listening ability. People

always want to show themselves ideas, but you are full with your idea is

not good at listening other people's view. You should put yourself down

just like you do have own opinion, just listen and try to understand it. You

can write down some key words or ask some question to deepen your

understand.

I think listen is a good way to reduce friction between people and foster

inclusivity in diversity.

The reason why many cultural conflict is people cling to one

culture and do not absorb and understand other cultures, which

leads to the stubbornness of intercultural conflicts. But if people of

different cultures start to try to listen to and understand other

cultures, this can reduce unnecessary conflicts and a full

understanding of other cultures is conducive to quickly and

accurately analyze the defects and deficiencies of other cultures,

and then use strong arguments to defeat the other party, and make

the other party convinced, reducing unnecessary arguments, so

that they can have more understanding and less conflicts.

Moreover, listening can promote cultural integration and promote

multicultural tolerance. By listening to the views of others, you can

supplement and perfect your own theories, and then recognize the

feasibility of other cultures, and achieve the purpose of promoting

inclusiveness. So I think listening is a very stronger ability. It will

play a major role in the integration of world cultures.
