other vinegar product because it has no chemical ingredients added. The juice of Jicama is used to
make a fined vinegar. This Jicama contains lots of vitamins and minerals that are good benefits to
our body, some of the main nutrients we can get to it are, it is rich in fiber, and has a great source of
antioxidants. It can be a food preservative and/or primary medicine for common health problems
such as cold or flu, diabetes, and etc.
