Section C: Terms and Conditions

1. Franchisee Club: Classic Select

3. Area: Franchisee needs to have a minimum area of 170 sq. mt. and above in metros and 189 sq. mt. and above in
non-metros.
4. Paint and infrastructure: The paint and infrastructure specifications should be adhered to as per the Operations Manual
provided to you after signing the agreement.
5. Washrooms:
• All specifications are mentioned in the Operations Manual.
• Washrooms need to be located adjacent to the classrooms to facilitate quick access.
• Washrooms should have all fixtures and accessories like sinks, mirrors, soap dispensers etc. in child size proportions.
They should not have latches.
6. Reception:
• Should have a seating arrangement for the parents along with the centre coordinator/franchisee partner.
• Should display the school emblem and pledge on the reception wall. Should carry a notice board.
