COMES NOW, Plaintiff Austin Trout (hereinafter “Trout”

or Plaintiff), through their undersigned legal counsel, and

very respectfully state and pray:

1. On November 9, 2020, Defendant Filed

“Organización Mundial de Boxeo, Inc.’s Brief in Compliance

with Court Order of October 7, 2020 (Docket No. 92)”. See

Docket No. 93.

2. The appearing party hereby respectfully informs

the Honorable Court of its intent to file an opposition to

defendant’s motion contained in Docket No. 93 within 14

days, as per L.Cv.R. 7(b).
