area under Katibayan Ng Orihinal Na Titulo Blg. XXX Lot No. XXXX with an
area XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX SQUARE METERS, more or less, by virtue of
Deed of Absolute Sale recorded under Doc. No. XXX, Page No. XXX, Book No.
XXX, Series of 2019, of Notary Public Atty. XXXXX dated XXXX is a portion of
my retention area of not more than five (5) hectares.
