Diet

- diet is important because it fuels you with energy. having a balanced diet stabilizes your health
mentally and physically.

Exercise

- exercise helps maintain a healthy lifestyle and controls weight to decrease your risk, dont
overexert yourself and be careful when using equipments.

Self-esteem

- can be a risk if you have a low view of yourself because it can lead to harmful mental problems
and thoughts of suicide. It is controllable because you can put yourself around positive people
and influeneces in the environment.

Heredity

- heredity can be controlled because you could have gene for diseases such as diabetes or
camcer. To decrease their risk, they can take insulin, receive treatment and maintain a good
diet.

Physical environment

- the physical environment is important because it affects your mood. If you surround yourself
with a rough environment it might influence you to do bad things. It can be controlled because
you can choose to put yourself in a safer place to lessen the risk of danger.

Rest

- getting enough sleep is viable to a healthy life. Risk could include insomnia and hypersomnia.
This can be controlled because you can set alarms to manage how long you sleep.
