On Monday, I usually get up at 6.00 am. I take a shower at 6.10 am. Then, I
get dressed at 6.35 am. I have breakfast at 6.45 am. and I brush my teeth at
6.55 am. I go to work at 7.05 am. At noon, I have lunch at 12.30 pm. with my
co-workers. Later, I go back to work at 2.00 pm. When I finish work, I go
home at 6.00 pm. I arrive there at 7.00 pm. I have dinner at 7.15 pm. Then,
from 7.30 to 9.00 pm. I watch TV. Finally, I brush my teeth at 9.15 pm. and I
go to bed at 9.30 pm.

My day starts at 7 a.m., I wake up and take a quick shower to prepare breakfast for my son, my
mom, my dad and myself.
At 8:30 a.m. we all have breakfast as a family and when we finish I wash the dishes and
advance some lunch. At 10 a.m. we do different activities until 12 noon. At 12 noon I complete
what is needed for lunch and we sit down to have lunch as a family, then I get up from lunch
and wash the dishes. My son takes a nap from 2 to 4 in the afternoon, when he gets up he
takes eleven ounces and we go to the park to play for 2 hours. When we return home it is
already approximately 6 pm and I start to make food, we eat as a family, at 7:30 pm we do
some activities so that my son gets completely tired and falls asleep between 9 pm and 9:30
pm, After this I sit down to do work at the university and the Sena.

My name is Sara Mejia and this is my
family. In this photograph we are in

is my son, my sister has shorts and a
blue and white striped blouse, she has
dark hair and short, my mother has red
knee-length pants and a white blouse
with green flowers, she has light hair

me, I have a black dress, my hair color
is dark and long.

To record the audio, please follow the next steps:

 Search for the sound recorder in your computer.


 Start the recording.
 When you finish your recording, save the audio file in your computer.

Para grabar el audio, tenga en cuenta los siguientes pasos:

 Busque la grabadora de sonidos en su computador.


 Inicie la grabación.
 Al finalizar su grabación, guarde el archivo de audio en su computador.

Stage 3: Submitting my evidence / Etapa 3: Envío de mi evidencia

How to upload my files? / ¿Cómo subir mis archivos?

When you finish your work, send the files to your instructor through the platform as
follows:

1. Click on “Ver Evidencia” button.


2. Attach the file which must be previously saved on the computer.
3. Leave a comment for the instructor (optional).
Important: The platform will only allow you to submit your files once. Please, make
sure you upload the two (2) recordings when submitting your evidence.

Una vez finalice la evidencia envíe al instructor los archivos a través de la


plataforma, así:

1. Clic en el botón Ver Evidencia.


2. Adjuntar el archivo el cual debe estar previamente guardado en el equipo.
3. Dejar un comentario al instructor (opcional).

Importante: la plataforma solo le permitirá hacer un envío de las evidencias. Por


favor asegúrese de adjuntar los dos (2) archivos durante la entrega.
