DEED OF DONATION

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Deed of Donation is entered this ______________ 2020 in Zamboanga City, Philippines by and
between:

AIRENE G. SANTIAGO, of legal age, single, Filipino and with residence and postal address at S-083 Rebollos
Dr., Tumaga Porcentro, Zamboanga City, hereinafter referred to as “DONOR”,

and

ARLENE S. MAGTRAYO, of legal age, married, Filipino and with residence and postal address at S-083
Rebollos Dr., Tumaga Porcentro, Zamboanga City, hereinafter referred to as “DONEE”.

WITNESSETH:

WHEREAS, the DONOR is the registered owner of a Mitsubishi Adventure with plate number WDD-344
(Motor Vehicle)

WHEREAS, by reason of the generosity of the DONOR, she wishes to donate the said motor vehicle to the
DONEE and the latter has accepted the same;

NOW THEREFORE, in view of the foregoing the parties hereby agree upon the following terms and
conditions of the Deed of Donation to wit:

1. The DONOR GIVES, TRANSFERS, and CONVEYS by way of donation unto the DONEE the herein described
motor vehicle:

2. The DONOR warrants that the motor vehicle is free from all liens and encumbrances.

3. The DONOR warrants that the donation is not made with intent to deceive or defraud her creditors,
other heirs or any third person.

4. The DONEE hereby accepts and receives the donation made in her favor from the DONOR, and manifests
her gratefulness for the latter’s generosity.

ACKNOWLEGDEMENT
