ADDENDUM TO THE COMPLAINANTS’

MOTION TO DISMISS

COMES NOW COMPLAINANTS, through counsel unto this

Honorable Office most respectfully state:

1. That on October 12, 2020, upon reaching compromise

agreement with the respondents, complainants moved to
dismiss the instant case;

2. That, in the said motion, complainants were unable to specify

the amount respondent paid in such settlement;

3. That complainants further state through this addendum the

amount paid by the respondent to the complainants are as
