Ref: Land Survey of lot 10 Plantation Ruby.

Dear Sir,

On Saturday the 25th of November 2017 at 9.00 hrs, a survey would be conducted at Lot 10 Pln Ruby.
The purpose of the survey is to define the boundaries of lot 10. As a result we are kindly asking for your
assistance in providing a police officer to be present during the course of the survey so that the peace
can be maintained.

All the necessary prerequisite would be put in place to accommodate the Officer.
