With reference to Approval letters dated (a) 15th January, 2014 file number 322132/1591 (b) 1 st
February, 2016 file number 322132/1590, we hereby wish to inform you that we have solicited the
services of Mr. Donald Christopher Jessimy (Sworn Land Surveyor) to survey and pall off the areas as
described in the above mentioned Leases and we are therefore seeking your approval for him to
execute same.

The Parcels of Land are situated at Naamryck on the East Bank of Essequibo and each has an area of
approximately 14.28 and13.37 acres
