Throughout this course some of the connections I had was being able to better

understand how and what exercise to do when it comes to working out. This course has
helped me with knowing what parts of the body to work on and know how to workout in
the right way. I have knowledge on going to the gym and what exercises to do for what
part of the body but I needed more of the support on how to do them properly and the
right way so I don’t hurt myself. Knowing what you're doing is good but knowing what
you're doing and doing it the right way is great! And this course has helped me with that.
I Knew some information on nutrition before starting the course but now that I have
finished the course I know more and beyond on all the different nutritional values and
needs for the human body. Which is similar to the relations in this class.

I thought that this course was going to be more of learning the muscles of the
body and learning the movements of them and how they work and then getting to
workout those parts of the muscle and learning and understanding how the muscle
group works in the body. But it ended up being just a normal workout class and working
out all sorts of muscles of the body and building up the muscle. This class has definitely
made me want to get into the regular routine of working out more than just twice a
week.

Discussion:
My family has always tried to eat somewhat of a healthier diet and it always
would start with not eating out. My mom tries to make as many home cooked meals she
can within the week instead of going out and eating fast food. Occasionally we do eat
out during the week and I always feel so bloated and super full afterwards because I
think that fast food places and restaurants portions are a lot bigger than what I normally
eat at home. Eating healthy definitely makes me feel so much better throughout the day.

Reflection:
I love eating fruit for breakfast! Definitely eating fruits in the morning makes you
feel a lot better then eating cereal or not even eating at all.
I totally agree with going from eating unhealthy foods to healthy foods makes you
feel so much better about yourself! That's crazy that she started to turn orange!
