Communication Class – Shreya Ma’am
Session on personal interviews (Introduction)
We were having a discussion about the interviews which would be conducted by the companies
during our Internships and Job recruitments.
 Every student who was present in the session had to introduce themselves and after
everyone was done with their introductions, everyone was given enlightened with
important key points by the respective faculty about how we can give perfect
introductions during our interviews.
 Mistakes made by the students were corrected and some important aspects were
discussed about how students can improve with their interviews.

Financial Management – Prasad Sir

Factors affecting dividend decision:
 Internal factors.
 External.
Students were also taught about whether dividend decisions affect market value or firms.
Types of Dividend theories:
 Walter Theory – by James Walter.
 Gordon Theory – by Myron Gordon.

Aptitude Class – Nitesh Sir

Some numerical on the topic ‘Boat and stream’ was done.

Mentoring Session – Poorna Sir

 A video clip of a mentee of the respective professor on self-introduction was shown to
the students.
 Key points on self-introduction was discussed.
 A mock interaction on selling products was conducted and some students participated
shared their views. Mistakes made by the students were corrected by the respected
faculty.
 A link on convincing skills was shared to all the students for better knowledge on the
topic.
