Travel

As long as humans have existed travel has been an essential part of their lives. Whether it

was to look for resources, escaping dangerous lands or just for exploring. Humans are a

travelling species. Nowadays, people still travel for different reasons like work, school, love or

vacationing.

Some people travel long distances for work like travelling salesmen, for example, truck

drivers who drive their trucks across countries and, of course, pilots and flight attendants. Some

people travel for a vacation, others to immigrate to new countries.

Travel used to be dangerous and inconvenient, but in modern times with the technological

advancements, it has become easier and safer. People now have many options for travelling,

there is driving, taking the bus, train or air travel. Airplanes helped revolutionize the way we

travel, instead of spending weeks or months to reach the furthest parts of the world, now it can be

done in less than a day.

When I hear the word travel the image that pops in my head is that of relaxing on a beach on

a tropical island or walking through the streets of a beautiful old city. I love to travel, even

though I do not get to do it often. I dream one day of being able to travel the world.

In summary, travel is important, whether you are a student trying to learn about a new culture

or an artist trying to find inspiration for the next art project. For work or pleasure people will

always travel.
