I. Product summary

JTW-LD-PTA302/303 Linear Heat Detector (Hereafter called LHD) which is

resettable and fixed alarm temperature detector is one main product of

Shenyang P.T.Security Technology Co.,Ltd with intellectual property right.

LHD consist of three parts: control unit, terminal unit and sensing cable, can

be applied in:

 Cable tunnel, cable shaft, cable vault and cable tray;

 Distribution equipment, switching device, transformer and reactor;

 Hydraulic station, lubricant warehouse, oil tank, gas tank, oil-burning

boiler, gas-burning boiler and painting room;

 Belt conveyor of coal and material, automatic production line.

II. Features and advantages

1. The structure of LHD is stable, has strong anti-EM interference ability

and tensile performance .

2. Within the safe range of temperature, though LHD can alarm, it won’t be

broken, instead that it can be reused.

3. LHD has strong anti-EM interference ability, excellent grounding

measure, insulated test and anti-jamming technology via software,

also can be used in strong electromagnetic field interference

environment.

VI .Usage and operation

After the connection and installation, turn on the control unit, then the

green indicator light blinks for one minute. Followed that, the detector

could go normal state of monitoring, the green indicator light is on

constantly.

VIII. Notice UNIT

1．It is proposed to conduct insulation resistance test before the

installation of LHD, the resistance between the two conductors should not

less than100MΩ.

2．Forbid bending or turning the heat sensing cable during the

installation. The minimum bending radius of the heat sensing cable should

not be less than 150mm, keeping the package appropriately to avoid the

disrepair and concussion during the transportation.
