This is with reference to our earlier notification dated 08.10.2020 wherein

willingness was invited for admission against 16 seats in B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) & 05
seats in LL.M. Programme under Foreign National / NRI / NRI Sponsored Category.
As against the above- mentioned seats, after the First, Second and Third Lists, 03 seats
in LL.M. (One Year) Programme are vacant.
In view of above, following candidates who have submitted their willingness
earlier are again invited for admission in LL.M. (One Year) Programme:

merit in CLAT-2020. Provisional Admission shall be given to top 03 eligible applicants
strictly based on their merit in CLAT-2020. The fee deposited by the remaining
applicants will be refunded.

 Important Instructions
1. The Candidates whose names are appearing in the above lists are required to fill
the Admission Form and deposit the required fees i.e. Rs. 40000.00 for LL.M. (One
Year) Programme. The last date for filling of Admission Form and to deposit
the required fee is 02.12.2020. After the last date, no application shall be
considered.

2. The candidate is required to upload the scanned copies of following original

documents in the Google form for admission (link is given above):-
• High School/Secondary School Mark sheet and certificate in support of proof
of age.
• NRI/NRI Sponsorship Certificate (in the format available on the University
website is mandatory)
• Copy of NRI/OCI card and Passport
• Copy of Passport for Foreign National Candidate
• Admit Card and Score Card of CLAT-2020
• Mark sheet and certificate of Intermediate or an equivalent examination.
• Mark sheet/ Grade sheet of final year of B.A. LL.B. (Hons.), LL.B. or
any other equivalent degree from a recognized university in case of LL.M.
Candidates.
• Conduct/Character certificate from the Head of Institution, last attended.
• Transfer and Migration certificate from the Institution, last attended.
• Affidavit of year gap, if any
• Soft copy of recent colour photograph of the candidate and signatures of
candidate and parents/guardian (.jpg format).
• Undertaking Form

3. After submitting prescribed Admission Form and depositing the required fees,
the conformation status of the candidate will be notified on our University
website.

4. After getting confirmation of the provisional admission from the University, the
candidate will also be required to submit the first installment of the annual fee
i.e.
• $4000 (Rs. 2,90,400/-) for LL.M. (Hons.) NRI Sponsored Category

 The amount is required to be paid within next three working days from the
date of confirmation of the provisional admission for LL.M. (One Year). The
payment must come from the bank account of the sponsor only, in case of
NRI Sponsored candidates.

5. The remaining fee must be deposited by using State Bank Collect payment
gateway through the following:

Remaining admission fees has also to come from the bank account of the Sponsor
for NRI Sponsored candidate or the NRI, as the case may be. At the time of
submitting the fees of the sponsored candidate, the sponsor must provide the details of
the sponsored candidate (Name, father's name & enrollment number etc. of the
sponsored candidate) to the bank. The candidates, whose fees are transferred through
RTGS/NEFT are directed to send the details of the same at the email id
aao@rmlnlu.ac.in.

7. Merely submission of Admission Form/Deposition of fee shall not entitle a

candidate for admission. Admission shall be subject to the verification of
