Never allow workmen in dirty Always wear clean clothing and

clothing in the galley. maintain clean working surfaces.

Use colour coded carving boards to Segregate refuse types and bag.
prevent cross contamination of food. Empty refuse bins regularly before
they overflow. Recycle where possible.
