Hari Om Verma, Deepak Adhikari, Anita Palam, Nirmal Gosani and Suman against HC Virender Kumar, No. 2309/PCR was received at Vigilance Unit. On the said complaint an enquiry was initiated. Enquiry was conducted by ACP Rajesh Bamania/DE Cell. During enquiry, it came to light that HC Virender Kumar, No. 2309/PCR posted in PCR instituted a trust in the name of IPV Suraksha Kawach Trust in association with his wife Mrs.Krishna to cheat poor people. He took Rs. 2000)- from the complainant as well as other public persons to support poor people in IPV Suraksha Kawach Trust and promised to get back Rs. 54000) in lieu of their financial support. He also constituted Corona Rakshak Dal and hired persons for sanitization duty at different places at Delhi with the promise to pay Rs. 13,000/- PM as salary after deposition of Rs. 1500/- with the trust office but he did not pay salary to the hired persons.
