NOTE :
1. All the candidates in the Ranking List are directed to attend the counselling which is
scheduled to be held on 11.12.2020 AN at the Commission's Office as per counselling
schedule.
2. Individual communication in this regard will be sent through SMS and E-mail.
3. The candidates who do not appear for counselling on the scheduled date will not be
given any further chance to appear for the same.
4. To fill up 2 c/f and 4 current vacancies earmarked to teacher category
candidates, eligible departmental candidates from Rank Nos.32 to 47 (except
Rank No 33, 38 and 41) will be allowed to attend the counselling first and 4
current vacancies will be reduced simultaneously from the relevant
communal category and its class components of such 4 selected candidates.
After that, to fill up remaining vacancies, candidates will be allowed to attend
the counselling from Rank No.1.
5. The candidate summoned for counselling is not assured of selection and he / she may
be admitted for counselling subject to availability of vacancies in his / her category
when he / she reaches his / her turn as per the ranking position.
6. The admission of candidates for counselling is purely provisional subject to the
outcome of Review Petitions filed by the Commission and any other Writ Petitions /
cases pending on the files of the Hon'ble High Court, Madras / Madurai Bench of the
Madras High Court relating to this recruitment.
