Thanks a lot for offering to help at the lottery shop. I feel really relived because I know I left the
shop I good hands.

First, you need to know that the main door has no locker, so to open the door you need to
come through my house (you’ve already had the keys). Then, from the inside, open both
latches and that’s it! When you arrive, you may well find few costumers waiting at the door,
but do not open until it’s nine o’clock.

Checking clients’ lotto numbers and giving them new ones it’s all you have to do during your
workday. Some regular shoppers are absolutely addicted to lotto; therefore they are likely to
go completely berserk if they don’t win any money (which it’s what happens most of the days).
In these situations, you have to maintain your composer. Sometimes it’s better to play dumb,
customers are not always right, however, you have to make them to think they are.

Finally, before closing, make sure you left enough cash for Monday. If not, go to the bar in
front of the shop, the owner will give you change. If you think it’s going to rain, put paperboard
boxing to protect furniture near the door because water sneaks out it.

On Sunday, I’ll come to pick up the keys and invite you dinner to make up for saving my life on
Saturday.
