Introduction
Globalization has helped each and every business organization to reach a very promising
position in the market. According to the understanding of the position of a business organization,
an overview of a market can be found. As a result of it, any company should be related with the
organizational issues very perfectly. In terms of assuring the globalization well, there have been
many factors like economic, cultural and ethical. All of these issues will be making a direct
impact on a different organizational operation like operations, marketing, HR, accounting and so
on. Each and every department is having a very different impact made by the system.
Globalization is the mean of sharing information, technology, and so many other things. If any
company can be able to follow all of these issues at the same point, they will surely reign in the
global market. From this, it has been clear totally that the globalization can play the perfect role
in terms of organizational management and also in the organizational, operational activities. This
research will be done on the basis of Aldi Supermarket Company which is working in the UK,
headquartered in Essen, Germany. They are providing supermarket products at a discounted
price which have caused a very strong development of them in the UK supermarket industry.

A study on positive economic, cultural, and ethical impacts of globalization on different business
functions within the Aldi Supermarket Company.

Introduction of research

Globalization is the mean of sharing information, technology, and so many other things. If any
company can be able to follow all of these issues at the same point, they will surely reign in the
global market. By applying the issues of globalization, Aldi Supermarket Company has been
able to work within 20 countries with 10,000 outlets (Gelade and Ivery, 2017). They are having
the good impact of the globalization with the arrangement of increment of working capability of
marketing, HR, accounting and operations department. With the help of this research, the
positive impacts of globalization will be found.

Project strategy

For this project, a milestone system will be used. On the basis of milestone strategy, there have
been several strategies which will be carried on. Firstly, raw data will be collected keeping the
milestone ahead. In the last portion, all the data will be well analyzed and organized to find out
the impact.

In this project, there will be several projects which should be well understood. On the basis of
the objectives, the whole project will be carried on. These objectives are given below,

 To find out the impact of economic areas on the functions of Aldi Supermarket
Company.

However, a project management plan is the collaboration of all the aspects of the project (Hitt et
al., 2011). In terms of doing the research project, there are several issues which can appear from
time to time. There will be factors of cost, scope, time or so on. These will be able to give a clear
idea about the research at once.

economic, ethical and cultural impact of Globalization to rise well. In this case, they are
changing their organizational activities in case of needs. Their HR, Operations, Marketing, and
accounting system has been changed a lot over many times.

Excluded scope

In the research on Aldi Supermarket Company, there have been so many excluded scopes as
well. On the basis of the final arrangement, there should be many important things which haven’t
been added. By it, the ideas of other organizations will also be demonstrated. This is how the
scopes are stated.

Quality

For the arrangement and implementation of very strong research activities, there will be needs of
quality assurances in this matter. The quality factors are very much important for the attainment
of the research goals (Saunders and Lewis, 2012). In this research, there will be the usage of the
Gantt Chart. It will effectively help to keep the research within the perfect time. On the other

For the betterment of the organizational field, there will be several needs of the communication

communication will be done on both upsides down and flat. In order to assure the proper
communication, both formal and informal system will be allowed. This is how Aldi Supermarket
Company can assure the communication within the research system.

Risk

of risk in this matter. The risk can come from any side and on the basis of these risks, the plan
should be revised or made.

Gantt chart

There will be many activities within the organizational system of Aldi Supermarket Company.
There will be a specific time range for all the activities, and these will be coming one after
another (Constable et al., 2007.). The role of the Gantt Chart is to present to the time range of
research in a graphical form.

and analyzing the project. In this research, both the qualitative and quantitative approaches will
be used. So the process that is going to be applied should be used effectively and properly.

Primary data collection

The term primary refers to the work done at the beginning of any period. For this research, the
primary task will be collecting information from the field directly. But anything which is
collected in the contingent is always raw yet less organized (Payne and Payne, 2009). This is
what is the stuff should be cleaned first. Therefore, with the help of the interviews and
questionnaires, the primary collection of information or data can be organized and well managed.
Most preferably the questionnaires method is used for this research.

Qualitative method

The qualitative method is used for the collection of the opinion of the people which means to
collect the views of the people about the required subject. As we know, research provides us with
information which is found with the assistance of this method. It will also provide theoretical
knowledge that has been achieved from the system. The theoretical knowledge will help others

But from the research, it has been seen that 100% satisfaction didn’t arrive. This is why more
development will be needed. Globalization is the mean of sharing information, technology, and
so many other things. If any company can be able to follow all of these issues at the same point,
they will surely reign in the global market. Because of it, there can be some recommendation in
this field such as,

 Allowing the culture of one country to another country at a controlled level as any
problem in it can be solved easily.
 Following all the standards of ethics in accounting, HR, marketing and operations
activities strictly.
 Taking feedback from the customers frequently which will help Aldi Supermarket
Company to go global.
 Big investment for the globalization will always be appreciated from the side of Aldi
Supermarket Company.

Research advantages

The research is going to assist with some data which was eventually found about the entity. The
information is very important for further study. In this case, the opinion of the customers works
like a power booster. Many customers were commenting their views over the organization, and
this is how Aldi Supermarket can get the privilege. They get advantages through this. Moreover,
they can also have the idea about their working capabilities that whether they are able to satisfy
the needs of the market. They will know about their performance through research. Therefore, it
can be said that research will prove to be very beneficial to Aldi Supermarket.

Performance review
Nothing is beyond knowledge so as the business research. For attaining the goal, many things
should be maintained and done within the Aldi Supermarket. So that, I gathered the information
about the research which has provided me a project plan, although the knowledge gathered
through the loading data. Heading to the more information collected by me, I arrayed them into
an organized manner so that no further ado should be invoiced. Once all the information is well
managed, I made a research on that and analyzed the data. At the end, the results came out with
flying colors. However, my performance really helped me to earn my objectives.

Self-learning

Every work that a human does helps the person learn something from it. I have seen that
practically. I have learned something about myself, from the research. Sometimes, work brings a
person on the stage that they get to meet new people and that gives a new vibe to work even
harder and to learn about the views and customs of people. I learned to make a project
management plan and to use that for the research. I also got to talk to many people, resulting I
could convince people who must be a good skill though. I had to handle so many works
altogether, and sometimes I needed to volunteer which developed my leadership skills
tremendously. This is how I got to learn so many things from my research.
Conclusion
From the research, it has been seen that the role of globalization is one of the most effective ones
for any sort of business organization. As a result of it, any company should be related with the
organizational issues very perfectly. In terms of assuring the globalization well, there have been

What was the project supposed to accomplish?


 This project is about an analysis of positive economic, cultural and ethical impacts of
the globalization on business functions of Toyota Plc.
Did the project succeed in its aims? How do you know? Specifically, please outline any
evaluation and assessment undertaken.
 Yes. The project has been able to provide information about the things that were in the
list of objectives. I have checked the output against the objectives for the better
understanding in the system.
What things do you think worked well and why? Evaluate all aspects of the project (e.g.
initial inception, project activities and project outcomes) from a range of perspectives.
 The data analysis part was the most perfectly worked side of this project. It has
provided with the idea about the present research steps which will be helpful in the
next level.
What problems emerged during the project and how were they tackled? Was there timely
identification
 Time and budget were the main barriers that I have faced. I was keeping the time
logbook and I was investing on this research by my own. In this way, the problems
have been solved into the system.
