The environment and business in the future

Some scientists have explained that due to a better understanding of the relationships

provided by the natural environment, resources and services, future companies will have

different business perspectives. The globalization of business in recent decades has made certain

companies stronger than certain governments and has made it easier for some companies to use

cheap labor or plunder natural resources and seriously damage the environment to achieve health

and biodiversity through pollution. Adams believes that the complexity of the business world

must continue to develop requires integrated thinking, which will have several consequences for

the new business order: new organizational structures and cultures, new leadership traits,

interconnected companies, new business methods. The value and importance of transparency and

accountability.

The company of the future will do business differently because it will understand the

value of its relationship and the resources and services provided by the natural environment. This

will be very different from today's business. Most importantly, it will face a high degree of

complexity and its people will have multiple knowledge and skills, allowing them to solve

problems from multiple perspectives and collaborate with colleagues from different disciplines.

Although there will of course be some experts, the profile of the professionals will be quite

generalized. The leadership team will be more diverse to ensure that the combination of talents,

attitudes and skills help to respond dynamically to the changing external environment. The
organizational culture will encourage innovation and adventure. In recent decades, corporate

globalization has made some companies stronger than some governments. Globalization makes it

easier for companies to use cheap labor, plunder natural resources, and seriously damage the

natural environment, human health, and biodiversity through pollution. They have done this and

will continue to do so. But the situation is changing.

It should be noted that reducing costs by exploiting labor and environmental pollution,

rather than leading to economic success, has hurt the corporate giants, as a result, business

leaders are faced with increasing complexity and ambiguity. To explore them and guide your

business, you will need a clear vision and a solid ethical compass. Your skills will be assessed as

never before. Some will shine, others will fail. Without a vision for the future and a clear

understanding of right and wrong, prosperity will be even more difficult. Business leaders face

many issues that are changing the way they do business. For many companies, climate change is

the most important because it brings many warning signs, including scarcity of natural resources,

availability of food and poverty. Political uncertainty is a source of frustration. Businesses

cannot use this political uncertainty as an excuse for inaction and procrastination but must take

responsibility and look as far as possible and possible with a long-term perspective. It must

happen.

In conclusion Tomorrow's companies must become more integrated into civil society

rather than remain alone and focus on the pursuit of profit. This integration must be both material

(i.e. balance with the natural world and nature) and ethical (i.e. have social value). This will
make it less vulnerable to talent and clients, and it will become more attractive and reliable

(Mark Joiner, former Chief Financial Officer of the National Australia Bank). The companies of

the future will also know how to respond to the growth trends of consumers, employees and

other stakeholders.
