Group is a collection of individuals who

collaborates individual efforts. A group can also work from different departments and are separately
accountable to their individual task results. Away from group, team is a group of people who shares
common goal and purpose. A team also has complimentary skills with each member and involve
themselves mutually accountable to every action of each member.
