Working as a professional team requires the integration of many different facets such as
ability to work with others, directional plan, and also a collective skill set that will elevate the
performance of the whole team. Team dynamism is one of the essential boost of a company
above all. With great team means the company has efficient, effective, and passionate employees,
which is for me an essential component of an organization. They serve as the hands of the whole
company. Without them, organizations will definitely be paralyzed and stagnant.
Team dynamics also centers on the forces inside and outside the the work environment. When
we say forces, they are the driving mechanism so that the team will work accordingly and
effectively or not. Internal forces might include pressure by a team ‘faction’ to choose a certain
course of action, or impatience of some team members with others’ modes of participation, it can
also be the energy and active participation of one another, and mood of other team members.
These internal factors were more specifically seen through team member especially to those with
problems or those with such a great effort that can encourage others to work as well. While
external forces might include pressure to complete a task by a deadline, or within a limited
budget, even the ambience and the competitive nature of certain work environment can also be
one of the external factors. With this being said, company ultimately the HR manager must be
creative and logical when it comes to training and shaping each employee so that they can be
adaptable to change and to the stressful field of business.
