workplace and how does it help you as an HR personnel?

6. By any chance, are there issues that you are facing in your current job? When it comes to handling
employees and their workplace attitude, how are you dealing with it? Do you have programs,etc.?

Future

7. How do you intend to improve your performance? How about your Working attitude?

8. Do you rhink what is your personal gain from your past experiences with your job?

9. In the future, if you get promoted as an HR manager, how would you motivate yourself and other
employees based on your personal experiences in your current work?

10. Being in that industry, what can you advise to those who aspire to be in that field someday?
