The Nature of War

I found the tone Roy's piece as part offensive, but also humorous. In this speech Roy is

giving her opinion, her thoughts, and views to the situation. Although whoever views and/or

listens to this piece their opinions can be either against it or agree to her statements. She is

showing a great combination of words to give each person a sense of humor. Although Roy's

speech can sound offensive, she gives the right representation to each piece she says. In my

opinion I viewed it more offensive than humorous, but we are talking about her opinions and

vision to the situation, so we have no right to judge her ideas and opinions she gives. The

effectiveness of her tone in relation to the argument is effective to where she is firm and clear to

each word and sentence, she says. Her vocabulary is advanced to the point where we all can give

her the support to everything she is saying. Although she wrote the speech, she expressed her

thoughts and ideas clearly to give a straight point and understanding.
