The Expropriated Properties (Repossession and Disposal) (No. 2)

Regulations.
(Under section 16 of the Act.)

1. Citation.

These Regulations may be cited as the Expropriated Properties (Repossession

and Disposal) (No. 2) Regulations.

2. Sale of properties by private treaty.

The properties set out in the Schedule to these Regulations shall be sold by
private treaty to the respective purchasers as shown in the Schedule.

3. Board of valuers to determine the value.

The board of valuers appointed in accordance with section 2 of the Properties

and Business (Acquisition) Decree shall determine the value of each of the
properties to be sold under these Regulations.

4. Certificate of purchase to be issued on completion of payment of

purchase price.

The purchasers shall on completion of payment of the purchase price be

issued with a certificate of purchase in accordance with section 9(3) of the
Act.
