Once upon a time, high on
Funky Monkey mountain,
the Panda were walking
around bored.
In the River, the Panda

Saw the Prince of Wizards

Panda asked if he could
learn to fly, and do magic.

For that you need to do
magical exercises, first, the
Prince said.

Well, all wizardry is from the Sky,
said the Prince.

T here is a silver that fills the Sky,

only Wizards see It.

If you close your eyes and wish, I


will let you see it, the Prince said.

Now, put your arms to either side, the
Prince said.

Well, bring your arms a bit further up, said
the Prince.

The arms should be at the level of the
shoulders.

Now, turn around, holding your arms like
that, from left to right. Clockwise, when seen
from the sky.

Your palms should face the sky, the Prince


said.

Feel your whole body fill with that silver,
when you do.

Turn slowly, the Prince said.

And turn around four times, that way.

Do it everyday, the Prince said.

Do I need to do it everyday, asked the Panda.

Yes, said the Prince.

If you don’t do it every day, try to do it almost


everyday.

How long do I need to do it, the Panda asked.

For 11 years, till you are a Panda Wizard, the
Prince replied.

There is one more exercise. If you do this one,
you may become a Wizard a bit earlier, the
Prince told the Panda.

Do it when you wake up early morning, or do
it at anytime.

You need to lie down on your back. And put
your arms on either side of the body, a bit
away from the body.

The palms should face down.

Well.. first, put the sole of the left feet at the
portion just above your right knee,at the
inside of the right thigh, the Prince said.

While in the position, both the legs rest on the


ground, in a relaxed way.

Feel the Silver rise up the spine and fill it.

Feel the whole spine as filled with the flowing


Silver light.

Relax that way, breathing deep and filling the
body with the Silver Light, for a few minutes,
or, as long as you wish. And, then do the
same with the other leg – the left leg straight,
and the right foot’s sole is placed on the
inside of the left thigh.

Now, do the same exercise just described,


but with the palms relaxedly facing up. The
exact same way as before, starting with the
left foot’s sole on the inner side of the right

leg, just above the knee. And then the right
foot’s sole on the left leg, same way. Deeply
relax, and breathing deep, fill the body with
the Silver. This way of doing the exercise with
the palms facing up, may be done just before
going to bed at night, or at any time.

After a while, you might see only the Silver,


and even your body would be as
dissappared. Don’t worry – that’s a good
thing, the Prince said.

At other times, you may feel your body and
the Silver are one and the same, fused as
one. That is what you need to do. Your body
should be Silver Light.

The awarness may be absorbed in the


Mercury-Silver, and body becomes the
Mercury-Silver. To center the awareness
absorb it in the Silver visualized in own
physical body space. And nevermind, if you
don’t understand this now.

And one last exercise you need to do after
that relaxation exercise, said the Prince.

Lie down with both legs straight, with the


arms on either side of the body, palms facing
down, as before. Lift the left leg up a bit,
slowly, while imagining the Sivler energy rise
up the spine and fuse at the forehead, or
above the head. Bring the leg down slowly,
keeping the silver fused at the head region.
Then do so with the right leg.

Then do the same lifting both legs up a bit.

And then, if you wish, you may do the same,


lifting the legs up around 45 degrees. One leg
at a time, and then both legs.

Now, do the same as above, but with the


palms relaxedly facing up.

The Panda did the exercises everyday, and
rememebered the Prince everyday, and soon
became a happy flying panda.
