NOTICE

It is hereby notified that, in view of the Notification

No.C.2101/2020, dated 05/12/2020 regarding suspension of Judicial

Functioning of the Hon’ble Courts on Monday, 7th day of December,

2020 on account of sad demise of Honourable Mr. Justice G.R.

Udhwani, Sitting Judge of the High Court of Gujarat;

(1) Matters listed in the Cause Lists dated 07/12/2020 shall be taken

up on Wednesday, 9th day of December, 2020;

(2) The matters listed in the Cause Lists dated 08/12/2020 will be taken

up as per scheduled date i.e. on Tuesday, 8th day of December,

2020;

(3) The matters adjourned for Wednesday, 9th day of December, 2020

will be notified before the respective Honourable Courts on

Thursday, 10th day of December, 2020 along with the adjourned

matters as well as fresh matters for 10/12/2020.
