To whom it may concern:

It is my pleasure to write a letter of recommendation for Eric Hands a student I have had the
opportunity to watch grow for 3 years at Wright Middle School and 3 years at Carson High School.
Eric is well rounded, considerate, responsible, respectful, and leads by example. He is in his junior
year at Carson High and has made vast improvements to his academics. He does adequately well
academically, follows school rules, gets along with his peers, and participates in school-wide activities
and events.

Eric has become a part of Carson High’s Wrestling Team for the last 2 years and played football at
Carson High. He has such a great work ethic and leads by example so much so, his peers nominated
him as a captain for Wrestling the next school year, this is a great honor for him. Eric also participates
and volunteers throughout the City of Carson at the local parks and city-wide events.

Eric is not only involved in sports but also strives to maintain his academics and is a hard worker.
This internship is a great opportunity to expose him to other career options for his future endeavors.
He would be a great asset and representative as a high school student to be a part of your program
