This project is about teaching Technicians where Credit Card Readers (CCR) are
located, identifying what a CCR box looks like, what to do once the box is in the
Technicians’ possession, recognize how to install the CCR, distinguish how to close out
a Service call in the Service App and trouble-shoot the CCR. This instruction can be
The purpose of an Alignment chart is to give a visual aid to display what it entails.
A brief introduction restates the intended purpose of the instruction, as seen above.
Incorporated into the chart are Terminal Objectives and enabling objectives. Labeled in
the chart as seen below are the choices for: assessment, absorb, do and connect
activities. Being this is a visual aid, the chart helps to demonstrate how the activities
align with each other. The chart flows from left to right. Meaning, doing something out of
other will cause confusing so in essence the chart can also be considered a map for the
intended. If the activities pull against each other the flow of the chart will become
where to look, recognize what to look for and discern what to do, once the Credit Card
Terminal Objective: Once this session is complete the Technician will be able to install
