Strength: My childhood school has a good number of qualified teachers.

By this students can learn more many unknown things. Teachers are
very helpful to their students.People can admit their children from class 1
to 10. Students can continue their study till their SSC level. So, they
don’t need to change their school before SSC. Our school always strict
about their discipline. Every student must obey all the rules and
regulations. So parents find interest in our school. We have about 12
clubs in our school. So, every student can easily participate in club
activities.It will increase their skills and widen their knowledge. Christian
missionary instituition run our school. So, \it has sufficient fund to do all
the activities in its own rhythm. In every year about 1000 students pass
from our school. Passing percentage is always above 99%.our school
always remain in the top-5 in dhaka board.Our school situated at
motijhil. So student of old Dhaka can easily use rickshaw or
bus.Students from new Dhaka can easily come to school daily by bus or
by their own car. Our school also have a huge parking area.

Weakness: our school has a limited number of teachers and stuffs.

So,when a stuff is absent, we might face a problem. As our school is not
associated with any college. So students face difficulties to join another
instituition.Our school has not any kind of playground. So students are
unable to playb outdoor games.many students can’t cope with our
school’s rules and regulations. It’s a very big problem for them. As our
school has no ground, so we can’t allow guardians to enter our school
premises.
Opportunity: Our school basically run by a christen missionary
institution. So, they get a huge amount of money and donations every
year. they can easily appoint new stuffs and more teachers. If any
teacher is less skillful, authority can easily arrange a training for
teachers. It’s quite impossible to make play ground. But authority can
easily make indoor playground on rooftop. So students can play
different types of games such as football, basketball, handball,table
tennis etc. Authority can survey every year. They will take opinions from
students and their parents. This is how they can analayse the survey
and take initial steps. Time changes everything. As our school has not
any kind of financial problem, so authority can easily take initiatives and
set new strategies’. People are depending on technology day by day.
Authority can easily buy new devices for class. So it will attract students
more.

Threats: our school take 1000 taka per month from a student every
month as tuition fee. Whereas other schools are taking only 300-600taka
per month. Our school don’t have any facilities for gurdian’s. So, the
students of class1-5 are literally less aged. So, their parents can’t stay in
school longer time. As our school is runed by a foreign instituitions. So
we have to obey their instructions always. As we are living in a muslim
country, many people think in our school ,teachers teach student about
Christian religion. Other school has play ground. But we don’t have any
playground. Sometimes. Lack of communication among teachers and
authority creates conflict. Teachers salary is ver little. So,they likr to give
tuition at home. So they can extra money from students. Other
governmental school are provide free tiffin. Our school is not providing
