The three pie charts illustrate the percentage of ownership of cars based on the company in the UK,

Canada, and the USA in 2015.

Generally, in each country, there are always 4 companies dominating more than 50% of the car market.

In the USA, out of more than 12 companies, more than a third of the citizens own a car either from
Volkswagen Group or Ford Motor Company. In contrast, the sales of Honda, Jaguar-Land Rover, and FCA
combined were less than 10% in 2015.

Similarly, in Canada 3 companies were able to eat the biggest pieces of the cake in the market where the
sales for General Motors, Ford Motors Company, and Toyota Motor Corporation are 17.9%, 15.3%, and
14.8% respectively. Also, more than 10% of Canadians own a car FCA/Chrysler Group which sold 5 times
more than companies like Mazada and Diamier in the same year.

The UK was the only country where there are 5 companies that were selling for more than 10% of the
people with Ford Motor Company dominating on the market, which also was between the top 2
companies in Canada and the USA. But, some Companies like BMW-Mini are owned by minorities in the
UK.
