1. According to you, what is sign? (not according to Google and book)
Answer: Sign is an objective physical sign of a disease or trauma, which can
be observed, examined or measured by a device by another person (doctor).
for example low blood pressure, body temperature, torn wounds, etc.
2. According to you, what is symptom?
Answer: Symptoms are patient complaints that now arise and are based on
the patient's personal perception, and depending on observation, this is
important to make a diagnosis ... Examples are the patient feels fever, the
patient feels pain, the patient feels dizzy, etc.
3. According to your knowledge and experience, what is the main difference
between sign and symptom? Explain briefly. Jelaskan dengan singkat?
Answer: Signs are a sign of disease not dependent on perception, but rather
the progression of the disease, while symptoms are complaints of patients
who now appear and are consulted.
4. Give one example of sign and symptom.
Answer: Example signs: increased blood sugar levels, while examples of
symptoms: the patient feels nauseous and dizzy.
