You control your own mind
Not a rigid thing, it is not a forced thing.
It is done out of love.
It is a thing that must be done in a way you start off with
absolute love for yourself,
absolute forgiveness for yourself ahead of time,
absolute „I will not judge myself‟.

Mindfulness
Learn to slow your mind down enough to catch it and see
what its doing.
Becoming mindful: Where you become aware of what you
allow your mind to do.

Emotional Body Training

If you are experiencing chaotic patterns from the D2
elemental/emotional body you need to use your mental body to:
a) Acknowledge it
b) Let it move through you

Suggested Techniques
Sit for ½ hour and listen.
What are you thinking?
Mental chatter: direct it on what to do.
Talk to parts of yourself

Choosing your words
There‟s one word that does not work, is not in the Angelic Human
dictionary: “can‟t.” It just doesn‟t exist there.
If you “want it” you‟re going to be wanting it for a very long time.
However, I AM this. You become what it is you think you are. That‟s
saying: “I am this. I have the power.”
"NEED,“ which implies the "LACK" of something essential, which in
turn implies a limited personal connection to God-Source Universal
Consciousness .

Decreeing
Simple little word: „decree‟
I say it is so and so it is.
Decree what you want, not what you don‟t want.

A-Firming
I AM statements
THIS statements
not „want‟ statements.
I AM statements bring it into the hologram. I already have this.
If you already have it, you do not want, do not „need for‟ it.
If you are God, you already have everything.

We‟re all symbols of the ONE consciousness that is God
Source chose individuation in order to look at itself more fully
This is what we do for each other. Realize that the game is
supposed to be fun.

Money
Money is the symbol of POWER.
Look at the reason why you want money.
Money becomes less of an issue when you make it less of an issue.
Trick to money:
You set the intention of what you desire and you trust the universe to find
the way and the method.

Permission
Realise you can and God wants you to
Give yourself permission
Trust yourself, trust your judgement and know that you‟re a divine
enough being. You have your Christos template.

Perceptual Filters
Look at the way your ideas are framing reality for you?
The Attitudes of Mastery are filters you can consciously choose, instead
of the ones that are culturally programmed in.
Realize we can choose our filters

Own It
You have to be responsible.
You are either a creator ALL THE TIME or never.
You have to own it before you can make it go away.
