Analysis (JSA) Technique in organizations/business
What we want to achieve by doing this assignment is to tell people what the
important steps to take to avoid any accident during work in the organizations or
business
The definition of Job Safety Analysis (JSA) is an accident prevention technique
which seek to identify the association with each stag of a job, to develop precautions
that will eliminate or guard against these hazard, and to provide a safe work
procedure to used in job training or the development of a safe system of work.
The definition of hirarc is an instrument to identify hazard, analyse and assess its
associated risk and the apply the suitable control measures.
Advantages of having Job Safety Analysis is can defines the job description and the
physical task required, can improve new hire orientation, job performance and safety
training, enhances the safety performance for employees , can improve OSHA
compliance and can increase the productivity and the efficiency of the work.
The need of Job Safety Analysis is as briefing guide for infrequent jobs, to teach aids
for initial job training, as a standard for safety inspection, to assist in completing
