Maharashtra National Law University, Aurangabad invites applications from the eligible candidates
who appeared for CLAT-2020 for the Provisional Admission in U.G. (B.A.LL.B.-Hons) and P.G.
(LL.M.) as per the norms and regulations hereinafter mentioned against the below mentioned List
of Vacant Seats (Category wise).

1. Criteria for Registration: Those Candidates who have qualified Common Law Admission
Test-2020 (CLAT-2020) conducted by Consortium of National Law Universities, can only
Register for the provisional admission as per the above mentioned matrix of vacancy of seats
in the prescribed registration form (Corrigendum to Admission Notification dated 15/10/2020
vide Ref. MNLUA/ADMN/2020-2021/528).
2. Registration Form: Candidates should make an Application (Registration) only in the
prescribed form i.e. Google Forms (Link to the Google Form is: https://forms.gle/
Dj7ghRryGCrrDbyf8 ). Any other format of Application will not be entertained.
3. Email ID for Registration: Candidates are hereby informed to use personal e-mail ID for the
purpose of Registration and should use the same e-mail ID for all purposes till completion of
Official Communications regarding Admission or Cancellation of Admission or Refund of
Admission Fee.
4. Registration Fee: Registration Fee (Processing Fee) for the Registration for the Vacant seats
is Rs.1000/- in case of General and Other Categories and Rs.500/- in case of SC and ST
Category. Candidates have to attach a receipt of payment of Registration Fee in the Google
Form mentioned above. Candidates may explore various options of payment of registration fee
such as UPI, Online payments, RTGS/IMPS/NIFT etc. Registration Form without any receipt
will not be entertained. (Note: Registration Fee is not refundable)
5. Horizontal Reservations for the candidates belonging to Special Backward Class, Women,
Children of Defence Service Personnel, and Specially Abled Persons / Person with Disability
shall be followed according to the rules in force of State of Maharashtra.
6. Submission of Documents: Candidates must upload / attach relevant copies of all the
documents mentioned in the “List of Documents” (for UG & PG) provided on the Website of the
University under the Admission Tab (Click here: https://www.mnlua.ac.in/Admission.html)
7. Selection of Candidates: Selection of Candidates against the vacant seats will be done on
the basis of their CLAT Ranking in the respective Category. Candidates will be considered for
admission against reserved categories if they have applied for the same in the CLAT
application form.
8. Deadline for Registration: The last date for the submission of Registration / Application Form
(Google Form) shall be on or before October 19, 2020.
9. List of Selected Candidates: List of the selected Candidates will be displayed on the website
of the University (under Admission tab) on Wednesday, October 21, 2020 at 05:00 PM. (Click

10. Payment of Admission Fee: The selected candidates should pay the Admission Fee of the
University as per the details given on the website of the University. (Click here: https://
www.mnlua.ac.in/Admission.html) After publication of the list of selected Candidates, the
Candidates shall have to deposit the Fee of the University.
11. Bank Account details of the University: The Bank Account details of the University are
provided on the website of the University under the Admission tab (Click here: https://
www.mnlua.ac.in/Admission.html)
12. Right to fill the Vacant Seats: The University shall have right to fill up any additional vacancy,
if any, that may arise in future.
