II. MANAGEMENT PLAN


A. Introduction
The proposed business is a furniture shop named “Firmniture Essentials”.
The name of the business was derived from the word “firm” which means
strong felt and unlikely to change. Just like our furniture essentials, we can
assure our customers that everything in our shop is firm and steady!

B. Vision of the Business


a. The Firmniture Essentials aims to bring you a high quality modern-
classic furniture that can brighten the mood of every room for the
affordable price.
b. To make every homme a sturdy furniture that can lighten up the mood
of every room.

C. Mission of the Business


Firmniture Essentials offers a better home essential and provide a
satisfying service to our target customers.

D. Core Values of the Business


Trust from the business, Discipline from the employees, and Integrity of the
owner for the better organization.
As a business owner, she should be hard working, passionate, and
determined enough to make the business successful without losing her integrity and
professionalism.

E. Form of the Business


Firmniture Essentials is a business owned by the sole owner. A sole
proprietorship’s biggest advantage is that the owner has the total control
of the decisions and gets all of the business profit. However, this type of
business has a disadvantage; the owner has all the responsibilities for all
of the start-up costs (unlimited liability). If the business fail, the owner will
still be responsible for the debt amassed by the business.

F. Duties and Responsibilities of the Owner


Manager: Rezel Nerona Sevilla
Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the business,
making sure it runs smoothly. Her duty includes creating business
strategies, motivating sales team, creating business strategies, developing
promotional material, and training new staff.

G. Duties and Responsibilities of the Employees


Carpenters:
They are the pride of the business because they are in-charge in
making our high-quality product. Their job includes taking measurements,
drawing up plans or proposed works, sourcing materials, preparing estimates,
and undertaking site visits.
