Arnold Press Curls (Any type)
Shoulder Raise Deadlift(medyo)
Overhead punch Superman Plank
Shoulder press Every Biceps Exercises
Every Triceps Exercises

Types of workout split:

Full body (Ideal every other day)

Bro Split/ Every other muscle (Everyday basta per muscle Ex: Monday- Chest, Tuesday-Arms, etc.) (Ideal
kapag bago sa mga workout as in wala pa experience kahit nung dati)

Push/Pull / Legs (Everyday basta sundin yung tamang mga exercise) (Ideal pang build ng muscle)

*Yung abs and cardio pwede mo incorporate kahit ano araw ng workout split mo kung sakali gagawin
mo x2 a day ka magwworkout*

*Kung magaan/limited ang weights ideal na damihan ang sets at reps*
