ZULKEPLI BIN IBRAHIM

Formerly En. Zulkepli bin Ibrahim is a certified Safety & Health Officer (JKKP IS

127/438/2/3949) by Department of Safety & Health (DOSH). He is now a competency

registered NIOSH and HRDF trainer (Cert:2062), an accredited CIDB trainer, and an

experienced OSH Practitioner in various industries especially in Heavy Engineering and

Construction, and also a Lead Auditor and Trainer for Occupational Safety and Health

Management System (OHSAS 18001 & MS1722) and competence SHASSIC Auditor.

En. Zulkepli bin Ibrahim had completed his Diploma in Business Studies (UiTM) and

currently just completed an Executive Master in Safety, Health and Environment

(UNISEL). En. Zulkepli bin Ibrahim has more than 25 years working experience. He has

worked more than 15 years in Engineering company and continued working in various

Construction company including MMC-GAMUDA as Safety and Health Manager for almost

7 years.

As a registered facilitator since 2010, he has conducted various OSH related courses for

NIOSH, CIDB, private sectors and government services including competency courses

such as Safety and Health Officer and Site Safety Supervisor, Safety and Health Committee,

Emergency Response Team and CIDB Green Cards. En. Zulkepli bin Ibrahim is also a

registered Assessor for Safety and Health Assessment System in Construction (SHASSIC)

with CIDB.
En. Zulkepli bin Ibrahim has performed various HSE trainings, talks and consultancies at

NIOSH Malaysia, CIDB, PROPEL, MMC Gamuda, Tenaga Nasional Berhad, Karisma Group,

Bina Darulaman Berhad and many more.

En. Zulkepli bin Ibrahim is also a Technical Trainer especially in Machine Maintenance,

Quality Assessment and Control and improvement where he assisted clients to improve

their productivity and increase quality and environment awareness throughout practical

and effective management program.

To ensure that the training sessions are effective, En. Zulkepli bin Ibrahim strongly

believes that training must be extremely practical in order to get immediate results after

training sessions. His training module is participant friendly and stimulating while his

consultancy is delivered in a totally committed, disciplined and result-oriented approach.
