21-Day Prophetic Prayer Guide & Directives

Each day in this prayer guide, I’ve included one or more Scriptures to get your focus on God and what He has to say to us
through His Word. I’ve shared some thoughts with you that I pray will be a challenge or encouragement to you.

I am praying that God will increase your own hunger for His presence and power to such a degree that you will make every
adjustment required to experience revival and awakening. I’m praying that God will increase your faith to believe Him for all
He wants to do where you are.

Do not focus attention on how bad things may be around you. Get your eyes fixed on Jesus and what He can do. He is our
Hope. I have given you some suggestions for prayer. Prayer is a relationship with the Creator of the universe. Jesus wants
you to spend time getting to know Him and His purposes and His ways as you pray. He wants to speak to you about your life
and your part in His plan for world redemption

Fasting heightens your hunger for God and your focus on Him, but it also provides you with additional time to pray. Fasting
and prayer go together.

While you may pray at any time, it is highly recommended that you select any of the time sessions below:

Whatever is convenient for your schedule is welcome. More importantly, expect the power of God to move in

Expected Results of Prayer and Fasting

The Daniel Prayer and Fasting is a great opportunity to intentionally seeking God for specific breakthroughs; for
time of greater intimacy with God; for seeking revelation, wisdom and direction; for engaging in a higher level of
spiritual warfare; for the cleansing of spirit, soul and body; and for increase in health.
Pray, Fast, Believe, Receive:
1. Improved Health
Daniel 1:15 “At the end of the ten days they looked healthier and better nourished than any of the young men
who ate the royal food.”
2. Clear mind for greater wisdom and understanding
Daniel 1:20 “In every matter of wisdom and understanding about which the king questioned them, he found
them ten times better than all the magicians and enchanters in his whole kingdom.”
3. Increased favor and new possibilities
Daniel 6:3 “Now Daniel so distinguished himself among the administrators and the satraps by his exceptional
qualities that the king planned to set him over the whole kingdom.”
4. New levels of prosperity

Daniel 2:49 “Moreover, at Daniel’s request the king appointed Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego
administrators over the province of Babylon.”
6. Successful Spiritual Warfare to overcome demonic powers at all levels
Daniel 10:12-14 “Then he continued, “Do not be afraid, Daniel. Since the first day that you set your mind to gain
understanding and to humble yourself before your God, your words were heard, and I have come in response to
them. But the prince of the Persian kingdom resisted me twenty-one days. Then Michael, one of the chief princes
came to help me, because I was detained there with the king of Persia. Now I have come to explain to you what
will happen to your people in the future for the vision concerns a time yet to come.”
7. Distinguished by the Grace of Chayil
Daniel 5:29 “Then at Belshazzar’s command, Daniel was clothed in purple, a gold chain was placed around
his neck and he was proclaimed the third highest ruler in the kingdom.”
8. Exaltation and Promotion in spite of opposition
Daniel 2:48 “Then the king placed Daniel in a high position and lavished many gifts on him. He made him ruler
over the entire province of Babylon and placed him in charge of all its wise men.” The Grace of Chayil rises upon
you as you pray: “Yours, O LORD, is the greatness and the power and the glory and the majesty and the splendor,
for everything in heaven and earth is yours. Yours, O LORD, is the Kingdom; you are exalted and head overall.
Wealth and honor come from You; You are the Ruler of all things. In Your hands are strength and power to
exalt and give strength to all. Now, our God, we give You thanks and praise Your glorious Name (Jehovah
Chayil).” 1 Chronicles 29:11,12.
My VIPs Who Are Yet to Believe

Over the course of these 21 days, make a list of people in your circles of relationships who are your very important
people. Ask God to focus your attention on ones to emphasize. List people who do not yet believe in Christ and those
for whom you do not know their relationship to Christ. Identify people who are family members, relatives, friends
(past and present), neighbors, coworkers, classmates, people you associate or interact with on a regular basis,
acquaintances you may not know well but you know their names or faces. Draw a star beside those for whom God has
given you a special concern.

Praying for Those Yet to Believe As you pray for those yet to believe, consider some of these prayers.

1. Bring him to recognize his emptiness and purposelessness in life. Bring him to the end of himself so that he will turn
to You.

2. Cause him to hunger and thirst for more in life.

3. Bring him to understand the truth of his condition without Christ and to understand what Christ has done for his
salvation.

4. Bring conviction of sin. Allow the consequences of his sin to cause him to desire a different life. Let him become
fed up with his life as it is.

5. Jesus, reveal the Father to him.

6. Father, exalt Jesus in his eyes.

7. Father, draw him to Yourself and Your Son Jesus.

8. Guide and create circumstances that create a need, and then show Your love through meeting needs through me or
others of Your people.

9. Bring godly people into his/her life that will influence him for Christ.

10. Prepare circumstances where a Christian will have the opportunity to forgive him/her and thus reveal something of
your mercy.
11. Open his ears to hear Your call.

12. Allow him to see the unity and love of Your people in a way that he/her is convinced that Jesus must be sent from
You. Convince him that Jesus is indeed the Savior of the world.

13. Prepare his/her life to receive the planting of Your Word. 14. Protect him/her from Satan’s attempts to blind them
and steal away the Word that has been sown.

15. Reduce the cares of the world around him/her that could choke the seed planted in their mind.

16. Raise up intercessors on behalf of this person. 17. Reveal to me the time and the way for me to share a witness
about you and to tell them about the good news of salvation.

18. Bring him/her under the hearing and influence of Your Word through teaching or preaching. Create in him/her an
openness to listen.

19. Create opportunities for him/her to hear a witness for Christ from several different trusted sources. Use the timing
and diversity of these witnesses to convince him that You are the Author behind them all.

20. Cause him to recognize his need for a Savior. 21. Lord, do whatever it takes to cause this person to seek after You.
