Report Essay- Anti-Vaxxers and Pro- vaccinations

Centers for disease control also known as the CDC suggest that kids through the age of

zero to six years old should have vaccinations. Advocates voiced that vaccination is shielded and

is one of the extraordinary developments of the 20th century. The vaccination practices today

come from the innovator Edward Jenner’s who created the first smallpox vaccine, while using

the cowpox method and testing it out on an eight-year-old in 1796. Vaccines for the people of the

country has become valuable because proponents affirm vaccines are more than safe and

protects future generations meanwhile the opposition states vaccines are unnatural, high in risk

measures and that natural immunity is more effective than the artificial vaccination itself.

The anti-vaccination movements are sharing their thoughts and telling the facts about

the unnatural ingredients infused in vaccines and exactly how it harms the natural process of

immunity, with also expressing those reasons that natural immunity is more effective. In 2019 a
Pro-Vaccine Organization known as Mayo Clinic sided with “Anti-Vaxxers” on the topic

“Natural infection often provides more complete immunity than a series of vaccinations”. By

injecting vaccinations into a newly born child or even an adult it will interrupt the advancement

of the immunity levels throughout your body. Vaccinations causes a great amount of high risk

side effects and injury to skin tissue. The opponents are more afraid of the reaction of artificial

immunity because it includes higher risk along with a less effective rate than natural immunity.

There are millions of people who doubt and decline vaccines for the safety not only of

themselves, but also for their children. In 2019, the Harris Poll directed an online survey of more

than 2,000 U.S. Adults. The American Osteopathic Association announced that “More than two

in five American adults which is 45% that say something has truly caused them to doubt vaccine

safety”. 45% of the people in the United States second guess the protection levels of vaccines,

either because of some type of bad side effect that was implanted while injecting the vaccine, or

the bad reactions that their children or even themselves had. From 2016 through 2017 recent

claims of injury involving shoulder wounds from flu vaccines were being made. There were

many claims of injury made says “National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program” which states

“There were about two claims of injury for everyone million doses of all vaccines

distributed in the United States from 2006 through 2017, the period for which the injury
compensation program has dosage data”. As the problematic situation for claims of injury from

injection of vaccines grew, more information spread meaning a lot more doctors dug deeper into

research on the issue. Dr.Narayan Nair a professional Doctor of Medicine explained to the public

that “The vaccines are guilty until proven innocent”. Anti-Vaxxers feel that it’s important to be

able to feel trusting and safe with vaccines, but while the cons still outweigh the benefits to the

Anti-Vax community the trust level will never be there.

Vaccine advocates believe it to be that vaccinations are completely harmless and more

beneficiary to the critical diseases of immunity. The US Department of Health and Human

services released a statement out to public stated; Vaccines are some of the safest medical

products available. The elements in vaccines are not given in dangerous amounts. There are

many different harmful ingredients in vaccines but they are only harmful if overpowering

dosages are given. Proponents of the usage of vaccines feel it is important to inform the people

of the U.S. that vaccines are not injurious and will keep un-safe diseases out of your immune

system.

State law has made it a requirement for vaccines to be done on attending public school

children and facility. According to the National Conference of State Legislatures Article
“State vaccination policies” in the section of state action stated “All so states currently have

school entry requirements for vaccinations”. All the states in the United States of America are

required to get vaccinated if attending public schools or employment in the public under state

law. Massachusetts was the first state to encourage the usage of vaccines, and the first to pass

the law for prerequisite vaccinations for public schools, and careers. Pro-Vaxxers are to keep up

to date with their children and themselves vaccinations to maintain critical diseases out of

bodies. Supporters want it to be a vaccinated country because not only is the vaccine safe but it

will save a lot of future generations.

People who support vaccines have a tough reliance that they’re safe and beneficiary to

the immunity of deadly diseases from keeping up with the due dates for shots. The opposition of

vaccinations stand on the not trusting of vaccines are safe, a delay in natural immunity, and a

critical danger to kids and adults. Both sides will always disagree because there are those who

get up to date vaccinations because they’re told it will keep the critical diseases out of the

immune system of whoever the shot was transmitted into, and there are those who just simply

cannot bring themselves to trust not only the process of the unusual artificial way of immunity

but also, the huge risk measures for the sake of their families and themselves in vaccines.
