LEADERSHIP STYLE

As a democratic leader, I need to improve my identity through two bases of personal power. For
instance, knows how to cope with new ideas to influence other members. Moreover, the democratic
style needs to manipulate skills that everyone is capable to overwhelm so that the organization filled the
blank and fulfills the decision-making process. Also, I need to enhance my high-pressure ability by traits
of drive that conquer high energy and tenacity. With traits of a drive, I am able to think creatively,
cognitive, flexible, and job-relevant to overcome the difficulty of disagreement and work accurately.
