THE WEIGHT OF A WORD

What is the weight of a word

Nothing

If is not an object

You cannot touch it or taste it

It has no smell

It weight nothing

Less than nothing

It flies on the wind

And yet wind does not touch it

But with a word

I can break your heart

I can make you stumble

I can bring you down

OR

With a word I can mend a relationship

I can inspire you

I can make you soar

I can make your past seem like a mist

Words can crush

Words can lift you up

BUT

The most important words though aren’t the ones you speak to others,

They are the ones you speak to yourself.

When you last failed at something, what words did you say to yourself.

What about the last time you didn’t even try? What do you say to yourself.
