You Do Not Do A Fitness Test At Assessment Day

But, expect that you will be asked what your current level of fitness is, and
if you can pass the PFA;
 What is your current fitness plan?
 Do you know the fitness test standard for your service?
 Have you attempted the pre entry fitness assessment?
 If you are able, run one yourself using the app so you have a
realistic and current idea of your level of fitness to discuss

 Do not do them on your knees, if you
need to regress do incline or
hand-release push ups

 Start doing beep test every week to track


your progress and test your program

 Don’t stop at the standard – the fitter you


are now, the easier it will be later
